  • I think having an interest in most of the tasks that need to be performed and self-learning abilities always turns out to be a plus point for employees.
  • They should be valued and encouraged at the right time.
  • Getting mentored by subject experts is a good way to uplift the skill stacks. 
  • The employees feel happy and motivated when the team/company celebrates its success with employees and acknowledges them for their efforts.

Ans: Ha Ha Ha… There’s nothing special about it. We use social media as most do these days.

Ans: Oh yes. As we are in the online advertising age I think our generation needs to have healthy conversations on this topic frequently. No doubt, it’s a great tool for both users and businesses. Unfortunately, we are witnessing the wrong usage of advanced tech that too to promote harmful products in different industries.

Q5. Any suggestions for newbies?

Ans: Sure. Along with subject knowledge and skills, it’s most important to have a basic understanding of whom to approach, how to approach, and what to approach for.

It’s good to be aware of the industry. For example, “The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects 15.3% employment growth for biochemists between 2021 and 2031. About 2,800 openings for biochemists and biophysicists are projected each year over the decade”.
